This was written  for the guy who helped me make the web page. 

Thanks for the help and the thoughtful advice
You’ve given a "newbie" like me.
Building a web page is no easy task
And takes lots of work, I now see.

My motive for venturing out on the web
Is simply to see if I might
Start up a business that earns a few bucks
By peddling the verses I write.

For I can write poems at the drop of a hat,
And wonder if people might pay
For personal verses to give to their friends
Which express what they most want to say.

So I will forge on, and I’ll learn and I’ll work
And I’ll steadfastly give this my all,
But do you suppose, if I get all screwed up,
That I might give you just a quick call??
